First Class Watches review – latest user reviews for Firstclasswatches

We have decided to take a look at First Class Watches or Firstclasswatches.co.uk after they appeared on prime time UK television recently, claiming to be the fastest and cheapest official stockist for all the many watch brands on their website. So we put them to the test….

On September 23rd we ordered the latest Citizen Titanium Skyhawk model, this watch retails for £449, but using one of their promo codes we got a saving of £80 over high street prices. The watch arrived the following morning, less than 12 hours since we first placed the order. It arrived Royal Mail special delivery, insured upto £1000 and fully traceable.

As official stockists we were expecting the packaging to be identical to that of any top high street Jewellers. First Class Watches are part of the James Moore Jewellery group and are high street Jewellers, so we were pleased to see everything was as it should be. The guarantee was dated and stamped and we checked that James Moore Jewellers were listed as official stockists on the watch brands websites (which they were). Everything was in order and follow up phone support was instant and excellent. All in all a first class experience. Highly recommended, we saved over £80 on high street prices.
