The Realme 15 5G has a clearer camera, larger battery, brighter display, and other powerful features than the Realme 14 Pro.

Now, we’ll take a closer look at all of its specifications to see what other features it has improved upon compared to the previous model. Let’s start the review.
Design
Physical Dimensions and Colors

The Realme 15 5G is thinner than its predecessor despite having a larger battery. The phone is 162.27mm long and 76.16mm wide, and the thickness and weight vary slightly depending on the color options available.

You can get the Realme 15 5G in three colors: Silk Pink, Velvet Green, and Flowing Silver.

If you choose the Silk Pink, it’s only 7.66mm thick and the Velvet Green is 7.96mm; both weigh 187g. But if you prefer the Flowing Silver, it’s a bit heavier at 7.78mm thick and weighs 189g.
Durability and Protection

Realme went all out on making this phone nearly indestructible. It has an insane IP68 and IP69 water-proof rating, meaning it can handle everything from accidental spills to high-pressure water jets.

The display glass is Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, so scratches shouldn’t be a major worry. But what really impressed me is the ArmorShell Protection (a reinforced metal structure with foam layers), which sounds like an “airbag design” for your phone, making it super durable against those heart-stopping drops.
Performance
Dimensity 7300+ 5G Chipset

Under the hood, the Realme 15 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300+ 5G Chipset, built on a 4nm Process. This Octa-core CPU operates at speeds up to 2.5Ghz and is paired with the Arm Mali-G615 GPU. Gamers, listen up: this chipset is optimized for high refresh rate gaming, supporting up to 120FPS in mainstream titles.
Memory Configuration and Data Speed

You can choose from three configurations; starting at 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB, and climbing to a powerful 12GB+256GB top-end version. It uses fast memory standards with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. But if you’re like me and run a million apps at once, the 12GB+14GB Dynamic RAM feature is genius, it cleverly uses your fast storage to act as extra temporary memory, giving you serious multitasking muscle.
Cooling System

Nobody likes a scorching hot phone, right? That’s why the 7000mm² AirFlow VC super cooling system is a hero here. This massive vapor chamber covers over half the internal area, and the claims are wild: a 20°C CPU temperature reduction and a 3.2°C gaming temperature reduction. That means even when you’re pushing graphics, your hands stay cool. This cooling works alongside the AI Multi-Tasker to keep things running seamlessly, even with multiple floating apps open.
Display
Size, Resolution and Brightness

So, let’s talk about the Realme 15’s display. You get a 6.8-inch 144Hz HyperGlow 4D Curve+ display with a 2800 x 1280 resolution.
That 94% screen-to-body ratio means the picture is basically all you see, especially with those ridiculously ultra-thin 1.48mm bezels.

Outdoor visibility is never an issue with this screen. It hits an insane 6500 nit peak brightness, which they call Sunlight-Defying Brightness.
Touch and Comfort Features
The responsiveness is pro-level. I’m talking a 240Hz touch sampling rate and a lightning-fast 2500Hz instantaneous touch response, which guarantees zero-lag touch control during gaming. For your eyes, they included 4608Hz PWM dimming, effectively making it a zero-eye-strain display, which means you can comfortably read my first look reviews at night.
Camera
Dual 50MP and Dual 4K (F/R)

For the cameras, you’ve got a dual setup that really delivers on quality. The main sensor is a solid 50MP Sony IMX882 AI camera (complete with OIS support, an f/1.8 aperture, 5P lens, 79° FOV, and 26mm EFL). It’s paired with an 8MP ultrawide camera (f/2.2 aperture, 5P lens, 112° FOV, and 16mm EFL) for those sweeping landscape shots.

Up front, you get another high-res 50MP selfie AI camera (f/2.4 aperture, 5P lens, and 87° FOV).

You can record 4K at 30fps from both the front and rear cameras. The rear camera handles up to 4K at 30fps, with excellent EIS/OIS stabilization available at both 4K at 30fps and 1080P 60/30fps.

If you’re into creative video, you’ve got everything from slow motion (up to 720P 240fps or 1080P 120fps) and cinematic mode, to time lapse and the very handy multi-view video shooting.
Battery
Capacity and Endurance

With 1000mAh more than the previous model, the Realme 15 5G has a 7000mAh battery. Honestly, battery anxiety is a thing of the past with this phone. Realme throws out some impressive numbers, like 83.1 hours of Spotify or 22.4 hours of YouTube, but the bottom line is that you can finally forget your charger at home.
Charging Speed

When you do need a charge, the 80W ultra charge (and yes, the adapter is in the box) is a game-changer. The charging speeds are ridiculous: 0 to 50% in just 25 Minutes, and a full charge in only 61 minutes. A quick 5-minute top-up gives you enough juice for 1.4 hours of gaming or 3.3 hours of YouTube streaming.
Efficiency and Technology

They’ve built in a long-life battery chip to make sure all that charging and power delivery is super efficient and doesn’t turn your phone into a tiny space heater.
Connectivity
Network and SIM Support

The Realme 15 is ready for the future with 5G + 5G dual mode capability, and it accommodates dual physical SIMs through Nano-SIM + Nano-SIM slots.
Wireless Features

For connectivity, you’re covered with both Wi-Fi 5 / Wi-Fi 6 standards and modern Bluetooth 5.4. But NFC is not supported.
Software and Features
Operating System

The Realme 15 5G runs on the latest Realme UI 6.0, which is based on Android 15.
Gaming Enhancements

For pro players, the dedicated gaming tools are a huge plus, significantly enhancing the overall experience. The AI Gaming Coach is a particularly cool feature, giving tactical advice mid-game to help you secure that win.
Beyond the coaching, the hardware and software work together seamlessly. The AI ultra touch control makes the screen feel perfectly tuned for fast action and responsiveness, while GT Boost uses an exclusive AI algorithm for stable, full-frame gameplay without destroying your battery life.
Other Features and Audio

For unlocking, the Realme 15 5G uses an under-display fingerprint sensor, which is fast and convenient.
The audio experience is great thanks to the dual stereo speakers and dual-mic noise cancellation for crystal-clear calls.
I also like the little UI tweaks, like wallpaper depth (a cool visual effect), the clean separation of notifications & quick setting, and the sleek brand new icon design.
