Choosing a new phone is like finding a new friend, you are going to spend a lot of time with it! You have already done the hardest part by picking the Galaxy A56, now it’s time to give it a personality.
The Samsung Galaxy A56 colors aren’t just a simple coat of paint; each one has its own special vibe. Are you a fan of a minimal and chic style with Lightgray? Or do you prefer a classic and powerful look with Graphite? Or maybe you want to stand out with Pink and Olive? Don’t worry, you aren’t going to be alone in this decision. Next, I want to put all four colors under the microscope so you can make the best choice for your new companion.
Olive

Where exactly is this olive?! It looks more like a pistachio that lost its color out of fear, or maybe a mint candy left in the sun for too long! It’s like they dropped a single drop of green paint into a huge bucket of white paint at the factory, and then with special confidence said, “Here you go, this is our awesome olive color!”
Honestly though, I don’t want to be unfair, it’s not an ugly color. It’s actually very soft and pastel. If you like minimal vibes and want a phone that isn’t too flashy and gives you a cool, calming feeling, it’s actually really chic and classy.
Just one thing, this color doesn’t show up well in photos! I mean, when you want to post a story on Instagram and say “bought my new phone”, everyone will think it’s gray! You will have to say, “No really, it’s olive!”
The back panel is glass and that means it’s basically screaming “Come touch me so I can get full of smudges!” If you don’t put a case on it, in less than half an hour it turns into a canvas of different fingerprints. Basically, that soft color gets lost under the smudges and you have to attack it with a microfiber cloth three times a day.

I can say that the Galaxy A56 Olive is a calm, unique, and clean choice. It doesn’t grab attention, but it’s not lifeless and boring either. It’s somewhere between “I like simple things” and “Being a little different isn’t bad.”
Pink

Well well well… here is the pink color! Let me be blunt, it seems like Samsung decided this year to wash every bright and bold color with heavy bleach and then hand it to the people! After that pale olive, now we’ve reached a pink that seems embarrassed to be pink!
This isn’t pink, this is “the story of a washing machine accident”! It’s pretty obvious a red shirt accidentally got mixed with the whites and ended up this way. Or maybe a glass of strawberry milk that was 99% milk and just had one drop of strawberry syrup in it.
But jokes aside, if we want to look at it more seriously, this color is somehow very chic and classy. Exactly the opposite of those loud and cheap pinks some brands use. This is a very soft and calm color. It has a special sense of dignity and peace.
You can show off this color in photos much better than Olive! I mean, when you want to post a story, everyone understands what color it is and there is no need to explain “No man, this is pink not gray!”
If you’re a guy and buy this color, get ready for your friends to tell you “Wow what a pretty phone, is it your sister’s?” But seriously, this color is much more neutral than you think. It’s so soft that you can’t say it’s only for women.
This one also loves fingerprints; whoever touches it leaves a souvenir on it. Of course, you should know that when the back of the phone is glass, the darker the color gets, the more noticeable the fingerprints become.

The Galaxy A56 Pink is really pretty and if you want your phone to have a soft, calm, and chic feel, this is a great option. Just if you are a guy, be prepared to explain a few times, “Yeah, I chose it myself and there’s no problem!” But seriously, this color is very classy and if you are tired of neutral and repetitive colors, this is a bold and beautiful choice!
Lightgray

We’ve reached the third color! Light gray or Lightgray. Look, let me put your mind at ease right from the start; if Samsung named this color “Cloudy White” or even “White after a long, sleepless night”, no one would have doubted it!
It’s like Samsung’s designers put a white phone in thick fog, took a look at it, and said: “Eureka! We’ll call it light gray!” Overall, Samsung took on a “pale” vibe and attacked its color palette with heavy bleach.
But jokes aside and looking logically, this one is like Graphite, which I’ll get to after this color, a hassle-free, safer, and maybe the most rational color you can choose for the A56. A highly minimal, clean, and chic color that you’ll absolutely never get tired of. When you hold it in your hand, it gives you the feeling of a modern, neat, and classy gadget.
Another big advantage is that since it’s completely neutral, you can put any colored or patterned case you like on it and it will match.
This color is perfect for those people who want their phone to be completely neutral, hassle-free, and universally appealing. I mean, if you’re one of those people who doesn’t want to think every morning “Does my phone match my outfit today or not?”, this color is exactly for you!
It matches with everything! Black clothes? Check! Colorful clothes? Check! Gray clothes? Check check! It never goes out of style! This color is like classic blue jeans, it’s always good! It’s suitable for everyone! Boy, girl, young, old, conservative, modern… everyone can buy this color and be comfortable!
Now let’s get to that usual weak point and our story with this glass back panel! The good news here is that unlike Graphite, on this color, because of the very light background, fingerprints, smudges, and grease show up much less! I mean, don’t get it wrong, the phone still attracts smudges and dirt like a magnet, but at least unlike darker colors, it doesn’t scream from two meters away “Please come clean me with the corner of your shirt!”. However, it still slips from your hand like a fish and if you hold it without a case, it might get acquainted with the asphalt on the street at any moment.

This color is like a white t-shirt, everyone has one, everyone needs it, but no one gets excited about it! If you’re one of those people who doesn’t like to draw attention and prefers your phone to be a normal and practical thing, the Galaxy A56 Lightgray is the best! But if you like your phone to have a bit of personality and be different, maybe it’s better to go for Olive or Pink!
Graphite

Well, we’ve reached the dark color of the family, meaning Graphite! Look, Samsung named it “Graphite” to raise its class a bit and give you the feeling of a cool, engineered material.
Let’s be fair, this color is highly classy and formal. It’s exactly like a well-tailored suit. If that Lightgray was a white car, this one is a tinted-window CEO car! For those who want their phone not to draw attention, look very justified in business meetings, and generally are fans of dark and classic styles, this color is flawless.
But… oh, that big “but”! Let’s get to that same old glass back panel story that Samsung doesn’t like to hear!
My friend, if fingerprints stayed on the previous colors, fingerprints scream on this graphite color! Because of the dark and glossy background, this phone is an absolute magnet for smudges, grease, and handprints. Just touch it once after eating french fries or even with slightly sweaty hands, and its face looks like a two-year-old child’s painting canvas. If you hold it without a case, you must always have a microfiber cloth in your pocket and attack it ten times a day. Plus, you already know how slippery it is!
If you love dark colors, don’t want your phone to attract attention, and like a serious, chic, and classic look, the Galaxy A56 Graphite is your best choice. This color never goes out of style. But remember, buying this color equals a mandatory purchase of a case! Because if you don’t use a case, you’ll literally get OCD from having to clean your fingerprints off it so much.

Finally, I have to say that I think Olive is a calm and modern color that claims to be olive but isn’t! Pink is a soft and lovely color that is bold but not too much! Lightgray is a neutral and hassle-free color that matches everything! Graphite is a serious, chic, professional, and solid color that wants to say “I have work to do here!”
